impact management

Workshops and keynotes

How can impact orientation be anchored in organizations? What data collection methods are available? And what is involved in impact-oriented project management? To foundations, social enterprises and NGOs, we offer inspiring and interactive workshops and keynotes on the topic of impact. We cover topics such as impact management, strategic impact, scaling, business development, change management and collective impact.

Using practical examples and lively formats, we share our experience of challenges, lessons learned, tools, methods and strategies, and our knowledge in the area of impact management. We provide inspiration, insights and in-depth accounts of impact-oriented approaches. Our workshops encourage the adoption of an impact-oriented way of working and adapt flexibly to your needs and level of knowledge.

1:1 Support

If you would like to delve deeper into the topic of impact management, we would also be happy to accompany you over a longer period of timeSince every organization has different goals and challenges, we look for suitable solutions on an individual basis. With our support, you will learn, for example, how to create your individual impact logic or which indicators are a suitable fit for your impact goals. We will also support you in how to communicate your results.

At Acker Impact, we guide you through four steps to set up your impact management systematically.

In doing so, we regularly review the common goal, provide recommendations for action and help you to integrate impact orientation into your organization on a lasting basis. Our goal is for you to establish and expand your impact management effectively and drive the desired changes.

1

We analyze your organization, identify challenges and needs, and set common goals.

2

Based on the goals, we create tailor-made modules and a schedule.

3

During the implementation phase, we will help you with your challenges — whether in setting up impact-oriented structures, personnel training and impact communication, or carrying out impact analyses.

4

Together, we analyse the results and discuss their significance. We then determine the next steps for your further activities, provide recommendations for action and evaluate the effectiveness of our collaboration.
